2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website wanderlustworld.travel and the contracting of bespoke travel organisation services provided by WanderLust World Travel.

Access to and use of this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out herein, you should refrain from using the website.

3. Services Provided

WanderLust World Travel provides bespoke travel consultancy and organisation services, including:

• Design and planning of tailor-made itineraries;
• Booking and coordination of accommodation, transport and experiences;
• Support and assistance throughout the journey;
• Travel concierge services.

Services are provided upon a prior quotation and express confirmation from both parties.

4. Contracting Process

4.1 Request and Proposal

The contracting process begins with the completion of the contact form or Journey Builder available on the website, followed by the submission of a personalised proposal by WanderLust World Travel.

4.2 Confirmation and Payment

The contract is deemed concluded upon written acceptance of the proposal by the client and receipt of the agreed deposit or payment. Payment terms will be detailed in each individual proposal.

4.3 Service Amendments

Any amendments to the agreed itinerary must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and potential price adjustment.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include the services expressly described in each proposal. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include personal expenses, gratuities, visas or travel insurance.

WanderLust World Travel reserves the right to update prices in line with changes in market conditions. Any such updates will be communicated to the client prior to final confirmation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation conditions are defined in each individual proposal and may vary depending on suppliers and the specific terms of the services booked. The following general guidelines apply:

• Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: refund of the amount paid, less any costs already incurred and the service fee;
• Cancellation between 30 and 60 days: retention of 30 to 50% of the total value;
• Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: no refund may be applicable, depending on supplier conditions.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations.

7. Liability

WanderLust World Travel acts as an intermediary in the organisation of travel and is not directly liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, local operators, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the value of the services effectively contracted with us, except where the law imposes broader liability.

The client is responsible for verifying the validity of their travel documents, required visas and health requirements applicable to the destination(s) visited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website — including texts, images, logos, videos and design — is the property of WanderLust World Travel or is licensed for its use, and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without the prior written authorisation of WanderLust World Travel is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data collected through this website is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the following Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of judicial dispute, the courts of Lisbon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

WanderLust World Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect on the date of their publication on the website.
